So because we know we all going to experience stress today, we should do something to reduce it and manage it, just like we manage our hunger, fatigue or our cleanliness. So here are 7 ways I want you to apply in your life so that you can experience difference in your life.

1. REMOVE PERFECTIONISM

How many of us are so focused to make everything perfect. Whether you are giving a lecture, making a video, writing a blog. We keep pushing ourselves and challenging ourselves due to which our performance usually get drops.

As being a perfectionist can readily affects our mental health and increases the risk of anxiety, depression and and other health problems. So try to aim 75% instead of 100%.

You can deal with this by encouraging yourself by trying to get reviews from group of your friends about what positive impact you’ve in their life and when you do it, it helps you to recognize that the things you’re doing that already have an impact without you even being conscious.

But it does not mean you do not work hard or do incredible work, it does not mean you give up or become lazy. What it means is you’re willing to learn everything you do. So start learning from little things.

STOP BEING JUDGEMENTAL FOR YOURSELF.

2. DON’T BE A MULTITASKER

According to a study only 2% of us our multitasker and rest 98% can’t be a multitasker.

Anxiety results from doing multiple things at a same time and you end up achieving nothing.

So when you eat, just eat. Experience every flavour, every bite. When you’re with someone, get fully engage with them and try to make eye contact.

When you enjoy every bite, your body digests it better. When you’re with someone and talking only to them, then your whole focus is on them.

Stop trying to be a multitasker as it not only decreases your productivity but also affects your IQ, creates anxiety and makes you tired. While on contrary doing a single task, your all focus is on a single task only and that makes you more productive and boosts your creativity.

Being in a good relationship keeps you happy and healthy too. As being in a happy relationship helps your nervous system to relax, keeps your brain healthy and reduces your emotional pain and makes you more productive.

Be surrounded by thousands of people can also makes you feel alone. As loneliness judge by the quality and the depth of your relationship.

And in today’s era what is the biggest mistake couples do is that only one person is feeding and the other one is expecting.

What dictates power of your relationship:-

How safe you feel when you share your depth, your reality with each other.

The extent of relaxation, when you’re with your partner.

You can relax yourself by:

1. Practicing MEDITATION

You can relax yourself my meditation. 10-15 minutes mediation a day is enough to keep your mind relax and focused.

You can practice breathing exercise. Focus on your breathing pattern. Stay aligned with your breath. As it is the only thing that stays with you every time. You can also do mantra meditation or visualization.

2. PLAYING with your pet or WATCHING animal videos also relaxes your mind.

3. Whenever you feel tired, lost, confused or bored, just take a QUICK NAP.

4. Take some TIME OUT. Spend time in nature or go for a walk.

5. STAY AWAY FROM GOSSIPS.

Drama is for TV, not for real life.

Don’t play a part in someone else’s episode in which they are the only star.

6. DRINK lots of water and EAT healthy which increase your vibration.

Some food with high vibration- fresh fruits, raw vegetables, whole grains, olives, almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, soy and coconut.

7. Learn to STUDY YOUR EMOTIONS.

Study your emotions. How you’re feeling? Why you’re feeling so? What’s the reason behind it ? And try to solve it. Don’t overemphasize by being in a positive state. Start finding a reason of your problems and solve them positively. Start accepting things instead of faking positivity.

8. TALK TO A PERSON who’s vibing higher than you as energy is contagious.

9. Spend time with your FAMILY instead of using your phone as TECHNOLOGY IS A TOOL, not a substitute for living.

10. Practice GRATITUDE.

The more you count your blessings, the more blessing you will have to count.

5. CHOOSE LEARNING AS YOUR ENTERTAINMENT

Try to choose reading instead of watching television for your entertainment. Read novels, listen podcasts or audiobooks as they increase your connectivity with your brain.

According to a study, watching television can make your mind numb whereas reading books helps you not only in dealing with challenges effectively but also elevate you and helps you to relate those characters and live them.

Reading keeps your mind alert and reduces stress upto 68% whereas music reduces by 61% and walk by 42%.

MAKES LEARNING YOUR ENTERTAINMENT.

6. PHYSICAL EXERCISE

One hour exercise in a day reduces chances of depression and also keeps you happy as it release happy hormones – endorphins which boosts your mood. Having a good workout routine is good for your mental health also.

7. VOLUNTEERING AND SERVING OTHERS

Volunteering and serving others, improves your well being and your social connections. It also reduces your feeling of loneliness and boosts your mental health.
